Private-build draft. The owner must confirm the operator, retention, provider agreements and legal details before public launch.
Who is responsible
Suspicious Inc. (the service provider’s legal details are awaiting confirmation in this private build) is responsible for enquiries to this website. Contact afifhash@suspiciousinc.co.uk about your information. The business correspondence address is on our business details page.
Your enquiry
The main project form holds your answers in the current page. When you choose Send enquiry, your name, email, optional business details and project or career message are sent to our enquiry service. We use them to reply, assess the request and discuss a possible project or role. No mailing-list subscription is created.
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible contract, or for our legitimate interests in answering relevant business and career enquiries, as applicable. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, medical information or information that is not necessary.
Where the information goes
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Resend sends the enquiry to our business mailbox; the mailbox provider then stores the message. A technical IP address is used transiently for abuse checks and rate limiting. Our application logs contain event codes and random enquiry references, not names, email addresses or message bodies. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own security, delivery and operational records.
There is no separate website enquiry database and no file-upload endpoint. We do not send an automatic email to the address you type, which limits misuse of the form as an email relay.
Storage and retention
The owner must set a specific enquiry retention and deletion schedule before this policy is published. Messages may remain in the business mailbox and the email provider’s operational records until those systems’ retention settings are applied.
Provider agreements, retention settings and any applicable international data-transfer arrangements must match the services actually used. This draft does not claim that all processing is restricted to the UK.
Optional analytics
This build is configured for Plausible. Optional measurements start only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Browser do-not-track and global privacy signals are respected.
When enabled, analytics measure page visits, service/package selections, example-site interest and successfully accepted enquiries. Enquiry text, contact details, example checkout inputs and CV information are not included in our custom event payloads. We do not use session recording, advertising pixels or visitor profiling in this build.
The example sites
The demonstration shops, booking systems, recruitment journeys and game operate locally in memory. They do not make purchases, appointments or job applications, and their state is cleared by a refresh. Use fictional information in the demonstrations.
Your choices and rights
Contact afifhash@suspiciousinc.co.uk to ask about information held about you, request access, correction or deletion, or object to or restrict processing where applicable. Rights depend on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. This does not affect other available rights.
Using email instead
Open email draft passes the brief to your own email app. You decide whether to send it. Copying places the brief on your clipboard; saving downloads a text file to your device. Those actions do not call the website’s enquiry endpoint.
